With the California Primary now less than two weeks away, gubernatorial candidate and Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco visited the Nixon Library to make his case to voters on the issues defining this election cycle.
Bianco opened by sharing his personal connection to the state, reflecting on what drew him to California and what keeps him committed to fighting for its future rather than walking away from it.
The Sheriff then offered a pointed analysis of California’s current condition, outlining his platform for addressing the issues he sees as most urgent: public safety, which he described as priority number one, alongside the cost of living and over-regulation.
Bianco argued that his tenure as Sheriff has equipped him with real-world executive skills directly applicable to the Governor’s office, pointing specifically to his record managing tight budgets and large-scale operations in Riverside County.
The event concluded with a Q&A session with the live audience, and Bianco closed by urging everyone in attendance to vote.
