Join us on Labor Day to hear from Will Chesney as he discusses his time as a U.S. Navy SEAL and military K9 handler. Chesney will share the story of his partnership with Cairo, the Belgian Malinois who took part in the raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound. But their bond didn’t end on the battlefield. When Chesney was seriously injured by a grenade blast in 2012, it was Cairo’s presence during his long road to recovery that helped him survive emotionally and physically. As he puts it: “Cairo saved my life more than once-overseas and back home.”

After the keynote, tour the Nixon Library’s special exhibit America 250: A More Perfect Union and continue to explore the resilient American spirit through vivid displays, rare historic artifacts, and engaging interactive experiences. Exhibit admission is included with the event ticket.
