A More Perfect Union

Drawing on the Nixon Foundation’s unparalleled global perspective and policy legacy, together with Chapman University’s academic excellence and deep ties to Southern California’s business ecosystem, this program equips executive students with the strategic insight, practical frameworks, and real-world tools needed to navigate today’s complex global economy while creating meaningful economic opportunities for local communities across the United States.

The program features interactive lectures, expert-led discussions, curated field trips, and participant-developed business plan presentations. Coursework applies leading business theories and rigorous data analysis to real-world challenges across international, national, and local economic environments, with particular emphasis on California and the Asia-Pacific region.

The inaugural Spring 2025 cohort brings together entrepreneurs and senior executives from first-generation Chinese-American enterprises, reflecting the program’s focus on globally minded leaders who are building businesses, creating jobs, and strengthening economic ties between the United States and international markets.
