The program features interactive lectures, expert-led discussions, curated field trips, and participant-developed business plan presentations. Coursework applies leading business theories and rigorous data analysis to real-world challenges across international, national, and local economic environments, with particular emphasis on California and the Asia-Pacific region.
The inaugural Spring 2025 cohort brings together entrepreneurs and senior executives from first-generation Chinese-American enterprises, reflecting the program’s focus on globally minded leaders who are building businesses, creating jobs, and strengthening economic ties between the United States and international markets.
By bridging global strategy with local impact, this executive education program empowers business leaders to operate effectively across borders while contributing to sustainable economic growth in their communities.
