This morning the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the nominations for the Golden Globe awards, and as expected Frost/Nixon led the field with five nominations (along with The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button and Doubt; four nominations apiece went to Revolutionary Road, Vicky Christina Barcelona, and Slumdog Millionaire). The film was nominated for Best Drama, Best Actor (Frank Langella), Best Director (Ron Howard), Best Screenplay (Peter Morgan), and Best Musical Score (Hans Zimmer).
