On July 17, 2010, Nixon speechwriter Ben Stein – who keynoted the Library’s 20th anniversary gala – destroyed charges of antisemitism calling RN the “savior of Israel” during the Yom Kippur War.
“He’s the best friend the World’s Jews ever had,” said Stein, “Only Nixon risked everything to save Israel.”
