Steven L. Craig

Born in Missouri, Steven L. Craig came to California to attend college and pursue a career in business. While simultaneously supporting himself and attending Santa Ana College, Craig finished his academic career at USC and began his career in development. From 1984-1993, he was a partner in Ginsburg Craig, which developed the Desert Hills Premium Outlets.

In 1995 he founded the Craig Realty Group in Newport Beach, California. Craig Realty Group owns and operates 15 outlet centers in 8 states, including The Outlets at San Clemente. In 2018 he purchased 60 percent ownership of Ruby’s Diner retro dining chain.
