In 1973, President Richard Nixon introduced a series of visionary energy policies that aimed to boost America’s domestic energy production and reduce dependence on foreign sources.

To honor the anniversary of this historic initiative, the Richard Nixon Foundation will host the Nixon National Energy Conference on April 18 and 19, 2023.

Leading experts will reflect on America’s energy policies over the past 50 years and delve into the pivotal energy challenges that face our nation’s leaders today.
