Tonight at 8 pm on the National Geographic Channel, Dr. Henry Kissinger, National Security Advisor and Secretary of State in the Nixon and Ford Administrations, will appear in a two-hour special – assembled from  25 hours of interviews and including a variety of archival materials, such as the White House recordings.  The link above includes a two-minute preview that opens with the startling sight of Dan Rather when he still had an Elvis-type hairdo, and features old paparazzi shots of Dr. Kissinger with stars and starlets, some of whom even I don’t recognize on sight anymore.  Who could they be?  Tune in and find out. (This show will re-air at 11 pm and at 4 pm next Monday.)
